On Sept. 23, Rolly and Mark Cosgrove appeared at the beautifully restored Sellersville Theater in Sellersville PA. During the day, this guitar fest included a two hour workshop with each performer, followed by an evening concert.

The Twelfth Annual Thanksgiving Saturday "Guitar Champs" Concert and Workshop in Lahaska PA, on Nov. 26, was another great success, featuring Rolly, Mark Cosgrove, and this year's special guest, mandolin virtuoso Emory Lester.
Steve Kaufman's Acoustic Kamps (June 17-23) in Tennessee. Steve Kaufman and Donna Dixon have crafted the premiere camp in the country for serious bluegrass and flatpicking enthusiasts. Intense fun, with an emphasis on jamming as well as great instruction!!
Summer Acoustic Music Week (July 15-21) in New Hampshire. This is more of a general folk music camp, with classes on songwriting, performance, and singing, as well as guitar, mandolin, fiddle, dulcimer, etc. Administered by the dean of Boston area folk deejays, Dick Pleasants, Summer Acoustic Music Week reflects Dick's gentle, laid-back personality and intelligent good will.
The Swannanoa Gathering (July 29-Aug. 4) in N. Carolina. This was my first experience at Swannanoa. We had a great time, and I'm already looking forward to next year.
